WHY A SILK PILLOWCASE?

We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk, with a thickness of 22 momme which allows your skin to glide, whereas other materials may scratch and tug on delicate facial skin, resulting in premature stretching and sleep-creases. Also our Silks are non toxic dyed and meet the international Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SILK ITEMS?

Silk is best cared for if hand wash and dry clean only. BUT who has time for that? Our Silk range are of the highest quality so they are machine washable preferable cold wash or 30 degrees or less.

WHAT DOES ONE SIZE FITS ALL MEAN?

Our Robes are generous in size and made to fit most. We would say it will comfortable cover a size 6 – 14. If you after a size outside of this please reach out to info@ohmama.com.au

HOW WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE?

All of our Packages arrive in a beautiful Oh Mama custom gift box.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER?

An item available for pre-order gives you the opportunity to secure it before it is available to ship. Once the item arrives to our warehouse we will ship it directly to you. If your cart includes an item on pre-order, your order will be held until all items in your cart are available and you will receive them as one pack. Alternatively, if it is just the pre-ordered item you have purchased, as soon as it becomes available, it will be sent out to you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship all over the world. With a flat shipping fee of $45.00 per order

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as safely and quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service team with your email, order number and tracking number as soon as possible to ensure we can help you with this issue.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, as we pack and post orders daily we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Products will only be refunded, credited or replaced if the product is damaged.
